Return & Refund Eligibility:
•You may return or request a refund for your product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
•To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@trendsandbend.com with the following details:
•Order number
•Reason for return or refund
•Photos (if applicable, in case of damaged or defective items)
Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping:
•Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
•We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable):
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
•Used or washed items
•Items not in their original condition
•Clearance or final sale items
Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
